Thank you for joining our membership! Here’s what you need to know:

Your Membership Benefits

  • Enjoy discounted treatments, exclusive offers, and early access to new services.

  • Treatments are designed to keep your skin looking its best all year round.

  • Your membership plan (weekly, monthly, or annual) determines your included treatments and perks.

Payments

  • Membership fees are automatically charged via Aglow.

  • Weekly/monthly memberships continue until you cancel. Annual memberships last 12 months.

  • Fees are non-refundable, and failed payments may temporarily pause your membership.

Booking & Using Your Benefits

  • Book your treatments through Phorest to lock in your preferred time.

  • Try to book regularly to get the best results!

  • Unused treatments do not carry over, unless we’ve agreed otherwise.

Freezing or Cancelling

  • You can cancel your membership with 14 days’ notice.

  • Life happens! You can freeze your membership for up to 1 month per year by letting us know in advance.

Updates & Changes

  • We may update fees or benefits from time to time.

  • We’ll always give you 30 days’ notice before any changes take effect.

A Few Important Things

  • Let us know about any allergies or skin sensitivities before your treatments.

  • We reserve the right to end a membership if there are repeated payment issues or unsafe behavior—but we’ll always communicate with you first.

  • Your privacy is important. All info is secure in Aglow, and you can opt out of marketing messages anytime.
